Question: Why did my budgie change colors?

Question: Why did my budgie change colors? - So I've had him and my female for a couple months now and he's been blue on his stomach, I just noticed his stomach is a gorgeous teal green color! I was wondering if anyone had any answers for this because I thought it was really weird! Here's a picture of before and now. Btw, the top one is now and the bottom one was before. Also, the lighting is different so he doesn't look as greenish in the picture.
